Choose a guest count and the number of drinks you’d like to include. The coffee-bar fee is R3,000 for the barista and setup, plus R45 per drink, including at 50 or 100 drinks. We'll confirm the event details with you.

The coffee-bar fee covers the barista and setup. Staffing for your event, travel coverage, cup size, menu and service capacity are agreed before payment.

to know.
Send the date, venue, guest count and when you want coffee served. We’ll confirm the setup and put everything in one written quote.

Allow 1 hour before service for setup, 4 hours for coffee service, and 1 hour afterwards for pack-down. That is 6 hours on site, excluding travel. Setup and pack-down do not reduce your coffee service time. Any extra service hours must be arranged in advance.
What does prepaid mean?
The host pays for an agreed drink allowance before the event. Guests order from the agreed menu without paying at the counter. Payment timing is confirmed with your quote; this website takes no payment and reserves no date.
Can guests have a second coffee?
Yes—a second coffee uses another drink from the total allowance. Choose two rounds as a starting point, or ask for a different total. These are pooled drinks, not personal vouchers or unlimited service.
What happens if we need more?
We agree any extra-drink allowance and spending limit with the host beforehand. Extra drinks, time or staff require approval and availability; they are not added automatically.
What does the venue need?
Please provide a smooth, level service area and access to power within 20 metres of the coffee bar. We’ll confirm access, power requirements and water arrangements with your venue before the event. Tell us about stairs or a short service break so we can plan the right setup and staffing.
What if our event is outdoors?
Please arrange an indoor backup location in case of bad weather. We’ll agree the service location and access with you before the event.
