When you contact Arise & Grind, we use the details you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss the coffee service you have requested.

Enquiry information

The forms collect your name, email and any service, venue, event or contact information you choose to provide. Required fields are marked. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in your message.

How your message reaches us

When direct form delivery is available, the website sends your enquiry to our business inbox. In review mode, nothing is sent: you can review your details and open a draft in your own email app, where you choose whether to send it. We use messages we receive to respond and arrange the requested service. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

This website

The drinks planner remembers drink selections, label styles and service options in this browser tab so you can refresh or return to your mix. This uses session storage, not a customer account. Contact details, label wording and enquiry messages are not saved in that storage.

This version of the website does not use advertising trackers, marketing cookies or a customer account system. Technical service logs may be used to maintain the website and prevent abuse.
